It’s summer. While we don’t want everything learned this past year to be forgotten, we want free time also. But reading is something everyone should take the time to enjoy, no matter the age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With that, Lamplighter Ministries has a Summer Reading challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Grow in your Christian walk and\u00a0character as you\u00a0learn to become a partaker of the divine nature, and \u201cmake every effort to supplement your faith\u00a0with virtue, and virtue\u00a0with knowledge,\u00a0and knowledge with self-control, and self-control\u00a0with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness,\u00a0and godliness\u00a0with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection\u00a0with love.\u00a0For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or\u00a0unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ\u201d (2 Peter 1:1-11)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
